Radius = 12 ÷ 2 = 6cm
Volume = πr²h
Volume = π(6)²(15)
Volume = 1696.46 cm³ (nearest hundredth)
Answer: Volume = 1696.46 cm³

Hey there :)
We know the volume formula of a cylinder:
Volume =
We are given:
The height = 15 cm
The diameter = 12 cm
A radius is half the diameter =
= 6 cm
Apply the formula!
V =
= 540
=
1696.46 cm³
( to the nearest hundredth )
