A forensic autopsy is carried out when it is believed that the cause of death may be a criminal matter (homicide, suicide). A clinical (or academic) autopsy is performed to find the medical cause of death, used in cases of unknown or uncertain death and for research purposes. So the answer would be A, "True". :)
