1-A pathogen infects the organism

2-Macrophages engulf and digest pathogens, and subsequently recruits helper T cells

3-T cells recruit cytotoxic B cells

4- B cells generate plasma cells that secrete antibodies including IgA, IgG and IgE

5-Antibodies bind to antigens and these complexes are targeted for phagocytic degradation
