During the photosynthesis of a plant, one of its important processes is the glucose production of chloroplast. Which is why chloroplasts have chlorophyll and require carbon dioxide and water to do this function. To answer the question, glucose production happens specifically in the STROMA, a colorless fluid surrounding the grana within the chloroplast.
