Sally got 2/4 but you can simplify that to 1/2

Let Rachel get x pie , Sally get 2x pies and Fabio gets 4x pies.

So total number of pies =

x+2x+4x=7x

And the percentage of number of pies Sally get

(2x)/(7x)*100 = (200)/(7)=28.57%

Therefore Sally get 28.57% of pies.
