The answer is 3.4 meters. To find the area, you multiply the length and width of the shape my rectangle, in this case, 340 centimeters. 100 centimeters make up a meter, so you divide 340 by 100. This gives us 3.4 meters.

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation First convert from centimeters to meters by dividing by 100

20cm=(20/100)m=0.2m

17cm=(17/100)m=0.17m

So the poster is 0.2 meters long and 0.17 meters wide to compute the area of this rectangle we multiple it’s length by its width

Area=0.2*0.17=0.034msquared:
