According to the supreme court under what circumstances does a defendant have a constitutional right to choose a different court assigned attorney

The defendant cannot choose a different attorney

Supreme Court Case Giddeon vs Wainwright gave defendants the right to an appointed attorney if they could not afford one on there own. It did not, however, give the right to choose or replace a court appointed attorney.
