The sandbox at the play ground is 2-feet tall. The area of the base of the sandbox is 80 square feet how much fills the sandbox

(1*80)^2=160 the reason you double it is because the height is 2. So the answer is 160 square feet of sand.

2x80 = 160 cause 80 is the bases area, so just multiply it by 2 cause it's 2 feet off the ground
