Answer: It caused a mass migration of Native Americans from Georgia Eliminate.

Hernando de soto's forces were the first european troops that the natives ever seen, so they felt really bewildered when they first see De Soto's men.

After that, De Soto started to make conquests among this region which cause the native Americans to move out of this place in search of safety.
