It’s 120. Just divide by 4 and multiply by 3. Subtract 360 from 480.

There were 120 hamburgers.

EXPLANATION: The two equations would be y=-x+480 and 3y=x; y meaning hamburgers and x meaning cheeseburgers. If you put both of the equations on top of each other and add them you get 4y=480, which means y=120.
