(4m-4n)/(4m+4n)

Take out 4 as a common factor for both the numerator and the denominator:


= (4(m-n))/(4(m+n))


= (m-n)/(m+n)

(4m-4n)/(4m + 4n) = 0

Eventually 4m and 4n will cancel out because the above portion is a negative and the below is a positive.
