3 pm to 3:40 pm is 40 minutes
40/60 = 2/3 hour
x = snail
11x = turtle
360 meters = (x +11x)* 2/3
360 = 12x*2/3
360 / 2/3 = 12x
540 = 12x
x = 540/12
x = 45
snail = 45 meters per hour
turtle = 45*11 = 495 meters per hour
