By overloading our body, we are teaching our body to do more work. It is a safe way to achieve new strength and change our body structure over certain amount of time. Not only our body gets benefits from overloading, but also our brain. Doing the same workout everyday is not only boring but it's not challenging.

It's always good to change our routine little by little in order to keep us interested and it also impacts our effort that we put into our exercising.
