What fractional part of a quadrant is 35°? (Note: 1 quadrant = 90°)

To find a fractional part you can use this basic fraction:
(part)/(whole)
once you insert those parts, just reduce the fraction

part = 35; whole = 90

(35)/(90) = (7)/(18)
