Its A because all of the items have inherent value of some kind, but it is the lack of quantifiable dollar value that GDP cannot express, so leisure time enjoyed by the citizens of a country because its inherent value cannot be easily quantified in dollar terms is the correct answer.

GDP - or Gross Domestic Product - is a measure of the economic health of a country. However, this measure does not take into consideration other factors, such as leisure time, or environmental quality, and so it could not be considered aa the only measurement used to determine the health of a country, or its grown or progress.
