True--the case upheld FDR's right to put the Japanese in internment camps to protect the country.

Franklin Roosevelt issued an executive order to place Japanese in internment camps after Pearl Harbor. This was done due to racism and safety concerns on the West coast. When taken to the Supreme Court, the SCUS upheld FDR's decision and stating wartime powers.
