As "Stimulus Discrimination".

In classical conditioning, discrimination is the capacity to separate between a conditioned stimulus and other stimuli that have not been combined with an unconditioned one. In the given example little Albert was conditioned to fear white rat and not the block of wood. The experiment was widely criticized due to the insensitivity showed towards little Albert.
