Do other planets in our solar system have tilts? If so, How do they affect the planet?

Thanks to tilt we have our different seasons, Summer, Winter, Etc. I'm also pretty sure all planets have some tilt some bigger than others. A good example of a tilted planet is Uranus, its tilt is so much, it's practically on its side. So when it spins only 1 hemisphere is actually facing the sun. So on one half of Uranus, it's always Winter and the other half is always Summer
