I think the best example is the School System. Many education centers are limited by the government in their own curriculums, contents, rules, regulations, even free days. Some schools nevertheless, thinking about their kids development are adapting to the specific needs of their neighborhood, making parents participate in the decision making and looking forward for the correct instruction of students.
