Express the polynomial −g + 3g + 2g2 in standard form and then classify it.

Hello there!

The first part of the question wants us to put this polynomial in standard form. This means that we put the terms in order of descending degrees and we add like terms...

-g+3g+2g^2
2g+2g^2
2g^2+2g

Because the highest exponent is 2, this is a quadratic polynomial.
