What might happen if the federal government makes cuts to health care spending?

Well to start off with I think there would be more hospital services, and research projects would increase. And that maybe there would be higher costs for patients, and research would stay the same.

Those filed under disability will suffer because they won't be able to get financial aid. You could argue that programs like Planned Parenthood would suffer as well and their services won't be as wide-reaching.
