There are 8^6 = 262,144 ways the 6 friends can order sandwiches.
There are 8*7*6*5*4*3 = 20,160 ways they can all order different sandwiches.

Your probability is 1 - 20160/262144 = 3781/4096 ≈ 0.9231.
