Tubal tonsil is located posterior to the opening of the Eustachian tube on the lateral wall of the region known as nasopharynx, where it protects the passage from the pharynx to the middle ear. It is located very near to the torus tabarius, this is the reason why this structure is often referred to as “Tonsil of torus tubarius”
