HI = GH so GHI is an isosceles triangle

<IGH = <HIG = 2x - 24

as you know sum of interior angles in a triangle = 180
so
2(2x - 24) + 3x + 4 = 180
4x - 48 + 3x + 4 = 180
7x - 44 = 180
7x = 224
x = 32

so
<HIG = <IGH = 2(32) - 24 = 64 - 24 = 40

answer
m<HIG = 40 degrees
