Dang. Kind to think of it, it would be pretty DARK.
No plants would grow as they need sunlight.
It's gonna be pretty hard to live. But here are:

1. Find an essential place to stay for an extended period of time.
2. Bring enough food and water to stop getting hungry.
3. Tune in the TV every few periods of time to check on the world status. Chances are, that everything is dying slowly.
4. That's actually it. I don't know well enough to know how you will survive. For 7 days it would be OK.
