In work situations, most people feel they have to take advantage of people in order to get what they want. Agree or Disagree?

Sadly, I agree because some people will have others do work that is assigned for themselves to do it.

Ex:
One of your parents tells you to wash the dishes but you have your big sister do it instead..

I agree because there are many different people and everybody has their own opinion, but because of that sometimes we need to take advantage of them to make something possible for example:
If I am too lazy to get some paper I tell my Little brother ¨can you please go for me?¨
