Cells and tissues help the organism move and gives it its form.

Cell are the basic building blocks of any organism. cells make tissues, muscles, and bones, if you're an animal, and stems, if its a plant. you also have helper cells that add to organ functions, or carry oxygen and other nutrients thru and all around the body.
