The presence of ribosomes can be observed in both e. coli and other prokaryotes that have in common with all eukaryotes. E.coli is a unicellular bacteria that belongs to prokaryotes, and these prokaryotes do not contain any organized nucleus or specialized organelles and its genetic material includes genomic DNA and plasmid DNA.

The correct answer is ribosomes.
E.coli is a Gram-negative bacterium, therefore it is a prokaryotic organism. Prokaryotes' main characteristic which also differentiates them from the eukaryotes is the fact that they do not have an organised nucleus and other membrane-bound organelles. Prokaryotes' cytoplasm contains ribosomes and this is one of the things that they have in common with the eukaryotes. Ribosomes are molecular machines which are apparent in all living cells. They are very important because this is where protein synthesis occurs.
