They are A -9 and 2 because they both don’t have a variable after them so there for you can add subtract or whatever with them

Like terms are those who have the same variable or amount of variables

Inside 4m - 9 + 3n + 2,

-9 and 2 are 'like terms', because they are both monomials and do not have any variables attached to it
