A rectangle has a length of x + 2, a width of 7, and a perimeter of 32. The value of x is a0.

X would have to equal 7, and here is my explanation as to why. If equal 0, the perimeter would be 18, not 32. The two lengths together would have to be 18, and you cann subtract the two additional 2's from it as we want to find x by itself. This shows that x would be 7, as 14/2 equals 7.
