Why were Japanese American interned during wwii

Racism. Simple as that.
We were run by old white perras who couldn't tell the difference between completely unrelated citizens and military members who joined the Japanese Air Force knowing something like that would happen.

Because America was angry with the Japanese for bombing peral harbor! Hope this helps
