We are given inequalities as

First inequalities:

8<2b

we will solve for b

2b>8

divide both sides by 2

(2b)/(2) >(8)/(2)

b>4

Second inequality:

2b+15<5

we can solve for b

2b+15-15<5-15

2b<-10

Divide both sides by 2

(2b)/(2) <(-10)/(2)

b<-5

so, we will get

b>4 OR
b<-5

so, option-D...........Answer
