An inverse function is formed when you replace y with x, and solve backwads.
s(x)=x^3
x=y^3
3√x=y
Cube root of x=y
s^-1(x)=3√x

S(x) = x^3
Make x the subject:-
x = (S(x))^ 1/3 = ∛ S(x)

Inverse is ∛ S(x)
