the answer is Most offenders are rearrested within 3 years of their release from prison
According to a statistic provided by The national institute of Justice, around 76% person of the offenders would most likely to return within that time period.
This happens because prisons usually do not possess enough programs to change/cure offenders' tendency to repeat their risky behaviors.
