Reduce by combining like terms. Here, subtract 2 from all 3 terms, obtaining:
3 < 3h <= 9
Reduce by dividing all three terms by 3: 1 < h <= 3
Thus, the domain of h is specified by (1, 3]:
"h values are greater than 1 but less than or equal to 3."
