If you are given the assigment to cut raw poultry for you entire shift, when you should you sanitize the counter top, cutting board, knife, and any other equipment you are using?

in my experiences of cooking u should always i mean always sanitize your cooking tools and cooking work place before u do anything and after words.Because if u dont them that raw meat can get salmonella,along with many other diseases which can make u sick or in extreme cases kill you.

so the answer is always before and after you've cut the bird/poultry.
