It would have a straight effect of affecting reduced efficiency in the delivery of blood to the lungs. In addition, if Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation persists, it will lead to Heart Failure in which in severe Tricuspid Valve Regurgitation the pressure can upsurge in the right ventricle due to blood flowing regressive into the right atrium and the smaller amount of blood flowing onward over the right ventricle and into the lungs. The right ventricle is able to enlarge and deteriorate over time that mains to heart failure and the other one is Atrial Fibrillation in which some individuals with severe Tricuspid Regurgitation also might partake a common heart pace illness named Atrial Fibrillation.
