Describe Viet Dinh’s point of view on immigration

He believed that immigration would bring positive benefit for the country in the long run.
He came into united states as a refuugee together with his mother, sisters, and borhter (with only around $ 200 cash in hand to sustain the whole family) and worked his way up to become a renowed lawyer in this country.
He believed that immigrants will provide the country with good amount of labor which will help the nation's economy to develop if managed properly.
