Nitrazine paper turns blue on contact with the fluid. Ferning reveals about the complete Microscopic examination of the fluid. This rupture of the membranes basically means breaking the water which happens before the delivery of the baby. There won't be any danger if the membrane is ruptured which means the bag of water broke.
