Competence trust addresses the question: "how effectively do people meet or perform their responsibilities and acknowledge other people's skills and abilities?" If a person has competence trust in someone they believe that someone is capable of completing the tasks given to them efficiently with no errors or minimal errors and they trust their judgement.

I believe the answer is Competence trust
People with high competence trust tend to be capable in finishing all of the work that trusted to them within the required time frame.
Competence trust will increase the likelihood that you will receive more delegation from your boss/employers.
