Hormone ADH is involved in regulation of water in the kidney nephrone. The hormone is also known as vasopressin and is released from the hypothalamus. When osmorality in blood increases hypothalamus is triggered to releases the hormone. ADH and the aldosterone play part in restoring the blood fluid osmorality to normal level.
