Set both equations equal to each other and solve for X
(1/2)x+2 = -2x -3
(5/2)x = -5
x= -2
plug -2 in for for one of the equations to find y and you get y=1.
You could look at the graph and see what point they intersect at too.

Answer: (-2,1)

Explanation:

We know that system of two linear equation represents its solution at the particular point where the lines formed by the linear equation in the system intersects .

From the given picture , it can be seen that there is two lines plotted on graph using two linear equations
y=(1)/(2)x+2 and
y=-2x-3

and the intersection point lies in the second quadrant having coordinates = (-2,1)

Thus , the ordered pair that is the solution to the system of equations graphed = (-2,1)
