Hello!

The 3rd Amendment is now outdated. In the past, people were required to quarter soldiers in private homes if the soldiers needed it. However, today soldiers can only be quartered in private homes with the consent of the owner.

I hope this helps you!

The third amendment is the answer since the 3rd amendment places restrictions on the quartering of soldiers in private homes without the owner's consent.
