The DNA coding specifies which amino acid protein will be added during the next protein synthesis. The part of genomes that code for protein or RNA is referred to as a gene. The amino acid sequence that can code from DNA sequesce CAG TAG CGA is therefore GUC AUC GCU

Valine- isoleucine- alanine. Aminoacids are structural blocks of proteins. The aminoacids are nitrogen compounds. the are coded by DNA sequences. Each amino acids have unique sequences to be coded. CAG TAG CGA is the DNA sequence for the above amino acid.
