The biological sciences and astronomical sciences both have their own challenges when it comes to the research. However, these challenges faced during the research differs in both these field of sciences as the method used for any research vary far too much.

In biological science researches, the researchers have the ability to control the environment and other parameters around their subject and be in touch with the concerned researched subject. However, things are not so easy in astronomical sciences, as the researcher is not able to control the parameters like temperature, and humidity when conducting an experiment and making observations.

Moreover, the observations cannot be made at the researcher's will in astronomy as he cannot taste or smell his subjects, but in biology such intimate observations are possible.
