Answer: Plessy v. Ferguson

The supreme Court decision in brown v.board of education overturned its earlier decision in Plessy v. Ferguson.

In the case of Plessy V. Ferguson, the supreme court stated that Browns/Blacks and White people cannot attend the same schools.

In the case of Brown Vs the board of education, the supreme court stated that segregating Browns/Blacks and White people is unconstitutional.
