"The ideal renaissance man" is what people often call Leonardo da Vinci due to his great knowledge in many areas valorized by the Renaissance ideals of humanism, in wich they believed that through understanding the world people could become greater.

Leonardo da Vinci's interests were: painting, sculpting, architecture, science, music, mathematics, egineering, literature, anatomy, geology, astronomy, botany, writing, history and cartography, besides being an inventor.
