In the third one the subject is “kids”, and the verb is “packs” This is incorrect. If the sentence was written with correct subject-verb agreement it would be:

“Most kids pack a lunch.”

Doesn’t that sound better?
Hope I helped!

The first one does NOT have an action. So it would be an adjective.
