How is the fall of Adam and Eve connected to the fall of Satan and his cohorts in John Milton’s Paradise Lost?

Adam and Eve fight in the battle against God along with the rebel angels.

Satan also eats the fruit from the tree of knowledge.

Adam and Eve, like Satan, fall because they question God’s sovereignty.

The correct option is C. Adam and Eve, like Satan, fall because they question God’s sovereignty.

By Eating the forbidden fruit both Adan and Eve question God´s soveregnity and falling in Satan temptation to do so. Besides, he questions His supremacy all through Paradise Lost. By obeying Satan, it is clear that they support him instead of God. Consequently, they fall because they chose his sid. Thus they question God will. All wanted to transgress against God´s prerogatives.
