How does the judical branch provide checks and balancs for the executive and legislative branches

If the legislative branch has made a law and the President has also approved it, the judicial branch must decide if the new law is Constitutional. If it is, then the law is passed. If it isnt, the law is not passed. This limits the other two branches' power.

Hope this helps!
